Tues, 11 6-7pm Wayne Curtis goes over Basic Electric Guitar Repair

Wayne Curtis is a jack of all guitar trades, making any piece of you-know-what sound like white gold. I’ve touched some of the guitars he’s built from scratch and believe you me, if you own an electric guitar, come to this class and learn how to make a junker sound wayyy better, or just how to do a quick repair for common problems. Come with questions (and even your problematic guitar!), leave a happier person.

Wed, 12 6-7pm Charles Richard presents Basic Screenwriting

C.E. Richard will offer a short presentation on conventional plot structure for screenplays, whether in short form or feature length. Participants are invited to come with story ideas already in mind. C.E. Richard is a nationally recognized filmmaker credited with nearly two dozen documentaries for PBS and other distributors! He teaches screenwriting and film at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
